Yeah, it does seem a long time but its still less than a month. Imo people have moved on by making a loss. They'll dump it into shares like EUZ and CTEA and up making a further loss by cashing in on the dips.

No doubt it'll pick up from these levels. Acquisition news/update due.

Cloudcoco - set up by former sales directors of Redcentric plc (78p a share). No wonder it's a fast growing business.
AD4, great customer retention rate in FY17/18, growth not so great - lacking in Salesforce.
MXC Capital's CFO (£1.10 a share) in place as CFO in AD4.

22% ownership of Abal plc, a cash shell. If this comes good then we'll know if the directors know what they're doing. Happy to hold and wait. No need to sell as it's such an extreme paper loss at present. GLA

Stranger things have happened, £1 would see me retired my friend. Long term you never know, initial target is 6p - 10p but we'll see what comes about when the merger is complete. Cloudcoco seem to have a good business model so it could scale up rapidly. There are good AIM shares out there, here and C4XD are my gems in my portfolio.
I keep munching up those lloyds shares too.

The potential here is fantastic!!!!

With heads or Terms already agreed, the due diligence of the reverse takeover with Cloudcoco will probably be at it's final stages. Once the legal and financial positions have been finalised then we'll receive the much anticipated news. Sometimes these things take a bit longer 2 weeks if there is need for certain insurances to be put in place, it normally between the parties legal teams.
