I've followed VAL for about 3 years. Last held in 2 years ago when i maid a good profit prior to placing (if you scroll through my posts you'll probably find me commenting at the time). We're at the end of the process, a long road, terrible placings but that's what you get in AIM.
Indeed, 1p would be a very nice return ;) I could keep £10k in and take over £40k profit....It will help, a little, with all of that 'regret' that im supposed to be feeling about todays investment.
Absolutely true. I've a lot of shares for not much money.....today the business is worth more than it's MCAP. Its current balance sheet is worth around 0.40 of a pence. Someone would need to offer just £4m for all of their intelligence, research and intangible assets for me to walk away with £20k, bare in mind the R&D credit alone for the year was £0.4m. Now, if it really is groundbreaking, then a £100m + royalties deal isn't unrealistic at all......and I'll have £500k. Now these guys may not be great at business.....but a product that saves lives is a product that saves lives and this is the end game of the process.
Always a gamble, ive purchased around £10k worth today. Its just some of my MIRI and AD4 profits. Hoping for a good one here to be fair. Something is brewing as I could sell the whole holding 4.25pm......
He added: "We have made important strides forward across both our therapeutic and technology portfolios, with the expectation that these will deliver added-value in the near term for our shareholders."
I think people are a bit more realistic on the SP. 12p was mentioned in jest. In terms of a placing, i think you may be wrong. £400k in R&D credits should keep the creditors at bay. Normally a placing would be done on the back of seemingly positive news.
Well, the BOD consistently mention a big pharma in their updates....if things are coming together, as they've informed the market, then anything can happen. Something seems to be on the cards.
