Adrian Hargrave, CEO of SEEEN, explains how the Company is now funded through to profitability. Watch the video here.
Something happening with as they're willing to take 5m shares off my hand. Will not sell them until this is at least 100% up.
Fortunately, I'm recouping the loss in NOG, its moving up fast - must never let the markets win!
Lets put our handbags away guys!
In my normal grump way, I had a bit of a rant at the board earlier. In fairness they replied in a timely fashion, which is always a credit to any business. Nothing more to add in terms of what we know, however I thought it best to share - It does end in a positive tone. Let me know your thoughts:
Vals Response:
Your email and obvious concern as a shareholder about the way ValiRx is able to secure funds, with particular reference to the recent placing, regrettable discount and consequential share price fall, is of considerable regret to the company.
However, ValiRx does need funds to run its trials and business and it is with additional regret that these necessary placings can coincide with vagaries and downturns in general market investment sentiment, all of which are out of ValiRx’s control.
I can assure you that all at the Company continue to strive hard to see ValiRx and all its stakeholders reap the benefit of the successful development of the Company's drug portfolio and we look forward, via RNS, to providing updates on future progress in a timely manner.
Whippet, thank you for the positive tone, my spirit was drained today, I just feel a bit done over.
NOG & INDV are starting to turn my frown upside down.
It would be nice if the VAL BoD could stump up some positive news, however they must be a while off yet, unless yesterdays placing was a precaution incase they get bad results. If IMM can also deliver, then that would be dandy. :)
Which is why we shouldn't be so quick to blame ourselves. That was not a normal P&D. Something wasn't right, lets see what happens.
We'll see who is to blame soon.
Year1970, i purchased £10K last week - still hold them at a 4k loss.
Not a happy bunny.
Worth noting VAL401 had not been mentioned on the RNS.
Also, I wonder what HMRC have seen in order to validate the 400k R&D tax rebate? Surely there must be some evidence of progress.
Normally, a company would drop really good news and then place less shares at a higher price. I'm guessing there is no good news in the immediate future. Although given that the board are incompetent anything is possible.
A lot of chuncky buys going through, maybe worth seeing it out, they could just be in it for tomorrows dead cat bounce.
I'm going to hold, average is circa .0017/18, should if sold at .0030 but i live and learn. I hold my hands up, I should of listened to the LTH's.
Oh well, now in it for the long road as I won't sell at a loss. Lets see what the BOD can come up with, if anything.
Guaranteed, sell now and positive new will land. Hold and nothing will happen for the next decade.
all a bit dodge, i'm going to hold on and see over the next few days.
Well that's not good.....7k swing for me. Now at a 3k loss.
Its all relative, you need the full picture, are they up to date with supplier payments etc? What's the potential deal, and receipt terms.
The company is a going comcern per the accounts. However, insolvency and bankruptcy is about cashflow not equity.
That's a bold claim, as nice as it sounds, you can only go on an RNS. Would be good though!
Woody, just seen your post. I was 100% correct about GGP fella. Looking better now Newcrest are involved though.
Iteresting that the last two trades on Friday were 0.26 and 0.24, both after 4.30pm.
Are we going to see a rise to .30 or a pull back to .20?
No problem British, I'm certainly not here to pump the share. I'm here to make a 100%, whether that takes a day or a year. That's my strategy and I'll make no excuses on that. I saw the breakout on the charts too and went for it. Ad4,Miri, Iqai all did the same and I've stuck to my exit strategy. I've kept a profit holding in each. I'll do the same here, put 10k in, take 10k out leaving 10k profit in the holding, though I did add an extra £500 in when you pee'd me off earlier.
You're right aim has dogs, which is why essentially I'm only trading profit in them. One may turn out to be the bees knees - hopefully its here.
Thanks for your concern however I run successful limited company, that keeps people employed and I have a very healthy investment company. Just thought I'd let you know as you'll probably want to knock that too.
