A huge signal to the market this week of the value being created here by Vin and team. I don't think investors have truly grasped the medium to long term potential here yet. Vin will not want to exit with anything less than 5x return and more likely 8-10x for stakeholders. Still very much ground floor IMO.

Materially above expectations.

Year end now 28th February. I would expect strong trading into that YE. Strong buys perhaps indicating we are on the move towards 200p. Singer PT 190p. If they can find the right target to deploy the cash, anything is possible.

How did they buy 2m shares in the market without moving the price...?

Clearly the investors still supporting the fundraise at 5p see huge value. This will be built and sold at a premium. All shareholders will benefit at that point. Patience

Solid results with plenty of positives. Revenues and EBITDA up and plenty of new customer logo wins which is crucial to keep the business moving forward. Very pleasing to see a strategic review underway to unlock the value in the business and some smart moves on the DC contracts. Also good to see the cost savings starting to come through. I can only see upside here from a solid base and I'm sure Ian and Simon will want to show the impact of their tenure rather than get too excited about what went before. Good times ahead here I feel and plenty of upside potential.

Agree with rjpow, more likely a buy. Hunky you said if a sell it would halved SP, which it didn't so buy above mid price most likely on 19th.

Either way it's good news, buyer in or seller out.

Interesting to see buyers returning here. Must be lots going on in the background. Perhaps selling off parts of the business with a view to growing out the core areas organically or via fresh acquisitions? Could start to get very interesting

The market is currently very buoyant but they have some big numbers to protect yoy, so no point in being over enthusiastic after a few months of the new trading year. Martin is a shrewd operator so have faith in the fact he knows what's going on and how to manage expectations.

Correct and Black rock did not dip below 3%. It was 5%. Any dip in SP is a huge opportunity on a 2 year view. Check out my comments on Softcat if you want to see how I predict the future :-)

Spot on. One of the very best companies on the market. Totally underrated right now. Will be sold to a FTSE250 for 3-5 times today's level in 2-3 years time.

Yes those big trades were buying volumes dated the 17th, so delayed trades from the spike on Wednesday. A bit of profit taking today which be expected but this is only going one way. UP! If you want to take a look at my predictions, take a look at the Softcat board.

Results this Wednesday 18th. Still predicting 460p+ here on results day, possibly pushing 500p. 2 days left to get involved.

Looks a bit that way. Whole IT market is booming so pretty much nailed on I'd imagine. PT 470p on results day.

Digital Transformation is driving this business forward. The next set of results will be great I'm sure...watch this space. 22nd OCT.

Davide Serra was one of the very first investors in Telit and helped Oozi gets things moving when cash was short in the early days of the business. Needless to say he got an exceptional entry point. The fact he was buying stock last Thursday post results and post Oozi/Uzi-gate is a very interesting turn of events...What does he know???
