After doing some extensive research and data crunching, I have noticed that this share has never dropped on a Saturday or a Sunday. I reckon I could be on to something here.

It shouldn't drop as it was proposed and subsequently accepted in order to save money, workload has been adjusted accordingly and emergency AOG cover will remain to ensure airlines emergency needs are met if required during this period.

I wonder if the NDA's still apply now that it's a new Cloudtag, and if so it would be interesting to hear all the ex-employees give their accounts of the goings on and why it was allowed to get into such a mess.

I wonder if we will ever see official formal documentation relating to the NewCo and transfer of assets and shares, or whether the website update will be all we ever get.

The cynic in me thinks that this is just to eradicate or muddy paper trails and make any investigations into Amit and this company more difficult than it already is.

We know Amit is never accurate but likes to bend the truth to fit whatever he is trying to sell. Hugh Risebrows appointment was claimed as a CloudTag senior appointment when in fact it was a worthless agreement between Hugh & CT Tech who were in the process of being wound up at the time.

His 'High end German Clinic' could easily be a consultancy company, it could be a Hungarian newsagent for all we know and Amit is just playing with words to keep shareholders at bay.

It both interests and concerns me that Amit went on about the private medical centre in Germany which I believe to be the Syte Institute, but similar to the Hugh Risebrow announcement it could have been smoke and mirrors and lead to absolutely nothing and possibly be totally unrelated.

Syte announced a collaboration with Amit back at the beginning of the year but with no mention of Cloudtag or Onitor - just Amit himself which makes me think it is a personal connection and not one related to Cloudtag. The problem is that we don't have shares in Amit Ben-Haim, we have shares in Cloudtag.

I just hope Cloudtag wasn't used as a vehicle to gain funds, information, data and absorb all the risk only for it to be for Amits own personal venture thus leaving the company as a worthless shell and Amit away to a new venture funded by Cloudtag shareholders.
