Yeah kind of kicking myself for not selling and buying back as was kind of obvious it was going to fall back a little pre results after such a rise and people derisking. But I've never been much of a trader and feel confident this price will look silly cheap later in 2020. We'll all be kicking ourselves for not backing the truck up now I feel. We'll I won't because I'm fully loaded up here already!

Agree re RRE and TXP. I've moved from being very overweight RRE to being very overweight TXP. Should be a very interesting year here!

Would someone please inform the LSE boys and that other bulletin board from the 90's that North Energy is not the Norwegian National Oil Fund that they refer to in their link! They are mixing them up. North Energy has nothing to do with the massive oil fund in Norway, not even close. The Norwegian Oil Fund owns like 2% of all stocks in the world, North Energy is a poorly managed "investment fund" taken from a failed oil company that is trying to get a bunch of loss tax back from the government, and the case is less than straight forward, been going on for over a year now. North Energy is worth less than TXP.

Sounds like a monster they're on to. Market seems uncertain how to take this new information. It reads very positive from Paul but I guess it will need more patience than first thought to allow further testing equipment that can cope with the very high pressures to be brought in.

Much as I think this will be a great year for TXP I'm not seeing them as a 50 bagger and £1.5 billion MCap anytime soon Trek!

Missed out on the big start at RRE myself and started buying at only £4+. Still not too shabby but there's more in the tank there imo. I've just moved little more from there to here as I think 2020 has TXP written all over it!

Our gas grid can take 23% hydrogen without having to modify anything as I understand it dana.

I'm wondering if the decomm angle might be much less than people currently think if carbon capture and storage and all these other technologies take off. The Tories have promised some sort of funding for an energy shake up in the North Sea. Suspect along the lines in this article. Perhaps end of life platforms might be seen as assets rather than liabilities and that's why the North Sea seems to be ripe with mergers/takeovers?
