Part 2
Proactive: How confident are you that you'll find a partner to work on commercializing Method C?
Francesco Gardin: We're doing something that no one else, as far as I know, does. We are improving the hashing performance of existing hardware. We are one of the few options for any chip manufacturer who wants to improve their chip’s hashing performance. They can reduce the scale of manufacturing, but none of those steps provide a 30% plus boost to performance. What we have, we believe, is unique.
Proactive: We've not had an update on Methods A and B for a while. Are they still in the pipeline?
Francesco Gardin: Absolutely. These methods are still there. To give you a metaphor: Imagine you're a skilled rider with reins to control your horse, but when you get to the race, the reins are gone, and you have to pull the ears of the horse. This is where we've been. The underlying ASIC chips couldn't perform as needed. We tried to adapt Method B's approach, but limitations still prevented us from achieving lab-level performance. However, at the conference, it was announced that Block, a significant player, acquired Intel's Vision 2 chip. This new chip could allow us to finally control the chip in the way we need.
Proactive: Just finally, Francesco, you have demonstrated that the AI Oracle has disrupted the Bitcoin algorithm. What's the significance of this to the crypto markets?
Francesco Gardin: As usual, communication is the challenge. We are preparing a 3D graphics video to explain Method C, which should help make the concept clearer. Our attendance at the national event confirmed that what we are doing is different from the rest of the industry, and the interest is huge.
