The Midkine spinout is confirmed. ROQ holders get the new shares and that’s already stated by the company. Spinout shares list on a market that is how a spinout works. Saying they’re unsellable just shows you don’t understand the process. Bringing up the old 1.7p placing has zero relevance to an RTO valuation. Biotech RTOs don’t price off historic placings. Everyone knows that. It’s a completely different valuation method.

The reality is simple ROQ is lined up for a much larger valuation through the RTO, and holders receive the Midkine shares on top. That’s the genuine upside here.

If you’re going to pick holes, at least get the basics right.
