Herald’s stake was tiny for them, but a big relief for us to move back up. The real story is Schroders buying more while Herald sold. Check their latest holding. Weak hands out, strong hands in. Overhang is cleared now & with them out the price can move

Herald’s entire 8.89% is now gone, which explains the drop. But the important thing is Schroders have increased to 18.33%, Pentland still hold 12.9%, and insiders Tom Black 7.42% /Graham Cooley 6.8% & haven’t sold a single share. That means almost half the company is now in strong hands and the free float is tighter than ever. With the overhang cleared, it won’t take much for this to bounce now!

Thanks so at this point it’s all about execution. The assets are there & delivery is what matters now.

What’s the actual incentive for the share price to move up from here? What catalyst or value driver are we waiting for now that the tender update has been announced?

No that’s not how it works. A company doesn’t get delisted just because people sell their shares. Shares are traded every day buyers and sellers that’s normal.

The only time a listing comes off the market is if the company chooses to delist, gets taken over, or the exchange forces it for a rule breach. None of that is happening here.

ROQ now is just doing a corporate action and a transition into Coiled and the Midkine carve out. Shareholders stay invested automatically nothing to sell out unless someone chooses to. When you invest anywhere make sure you do your research and I mean everything so you know exactly what’s happening and never in a situation when you are in doubt. Lets see what they RNS tomorrow
