Dr. Burrill B. Crohn, a renowned gastroenterologist, worked at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, where he described the condition that would later bear his name, Crohn's disease, in 1932!

Crohns was named at Mount Sinai!!!

Just in the USA there are about 2 million people affected by IBD. With a worldwide number of around 10 million affected.

Even if Trellus charged $2000 per patient a year & say they had 5000 patients. That would generate a revenue of $10 million a year.

Or

$1000 per patient a year & had 100,000 patients. That would generate $100 million a year!

This is just an estimate and what I’ve just estimated without knowing the actual figures that there could be.

Treatment & medication of IBD is expensive in USA & these figures are a fraction of the cost. What does anyone else think?
