Fantastic news this has now been completed. Always said about companies that can trade in US brings so much exposure. Percentage of UK that invest is minimal to what the US and how big the population is over there. This is massive and welcome news 🍾

From my view sounds like they’re getting out all the good news before re listing so the share price doesn’t plummet. Sneaky suspicion we’ll be back up and running this month 🤞🏻

From the 1st August 2023 RNS Lanstead are in a 24 month agreement. By my calculations that should be around start of August if I read that correctly? Can’t surely have much more to dump if they still have shares after those 2.5m sells today?

One important thing to consider about this semnet/arbitration, William Lim is the CEO of TDTH wants to list semnet under Trident Global Capital, this guy was presenting trophies to arsenal for a Tridentity cup which TDTH were sponsoring. I’m sure he is pretty loaded with a load of contacts that will want to speed this up… I don’t think the arbitration is a 6 month scenario. Happy to be proven wrong but think there’s too much in GST/TDTH favour
