I did email Jason on Friday and he mentioned there might be a RNS coming this week. Appreciate there’s a lot going on but the amount of time and announcements made about the last few final things on the prospectus to be finalised and so on is getting a bit tedious!

AERRY- Good shout, but isn’t the total shares wrong as well?

Company website states 2,326,265,508 ordinary shares of no par value.

AGM notice states 2,164,693,555. 58,844,173 shares in treasury meaning voting rights of 2,105,848,842 shares?!

Lloyd- yes I saw that a couple of weeks back. Did mention to Tim why no announcement but there not announcing any directors etc sppoinents due to people contacting them.

Looks like the AGM resolutions are out this morning.

I emailed Jason yesterday and got a response within 10-15 mins, everything sounds like it’s still ticking over?

About time they get this show back on the road!

Enki- Makes you think who else within the group is in leadership roles that hasn’t been announced. I remember a few months back there was a part time CEO role for Bake but nothing got announced

I also emailed Tim to confirm the CEO appointments of Melvin Chan and Agne Penikiene but his response was he couldn’t disclose the information to primarily protect them from being inappropriately contacted by GST investors, which has happened in the past on a number of occasions.

I don’t think you’ll see many more posts from Shayne or Tone on LinkedIn either from now on.

Anyone know who’s been left to run Semnet? Can’t find anything in RNS, last one in 2024 mentioned Mervyn was director with a leadership backing of Jack Bai and Lem Pak sen. It has a William Lim on linked in as CEO but can’t click on his profile

Enki- once the arbitration is sorted which is soon, there’ll be no issues proceeding with the Nasdaq listing.

Chris mentioned in email and on the phone that podcasts and interviews would be happening. I don’t mind being ignored by email from the BOD but to be lied to is even worse so I’m hoping he was being honest and understands the frustrations of investors.

Don’t have any issues with that Lloyd, you’ve always fed back your comms with Tim. My only issue is Tim very rarely responds to me recently. Had one reply back since April /May time but I’m happy to call him if he doesn’t email back.

Carlos dos santos is exec director of Angra and his remit is to specifically concentrate on cross border payments between Brazil and China.

Few other things mentioned but can’t really go into much and he was happy for me to contact in future.

Probably need Gold too get to $4k an Oz to make this viable, hence why they have delayed it couple of months… as always we will see and not holding my breath
