Hi Lloyd, me too was expecting some meat on the bones by this week. Did email Chris again this morning but he said he’ll catch up with me on Wednesday to provide an update so maybe there still working on something.

I think if at the very least they can’t release anything they should at least respond to the LinkedIn post if they are one of the ten companies that will get MiCA approval before year end.

Tommy didn’t like the post but he’s a connection of Banys who posted the comment. Other than that spot on. Balinski is selling GST metapay and he’s a found of complywiser who specialise in assisting MiCA compliance. We have a lot more going for us on the MiCA application then we did with sandbox. Either way we should get an RNS confirming if we are in the 10 who should get approval by year end or we haven’t made the cut!

I honestly don’t think our MiCA application will be anything but a formality. Number of reasons why but it’s just a matter of time before the announcement, Semnet arbitration will go in our favour and NASDAQ listing will kick on from there.

We’ve bottomed out like we did this time last year news is on the horizon!

Hi JC, yeah I would expect a flat out “we have funding secured we can pay the community, get killi secured and we can start looking at re-mobilising operations”

JB’s answer is deflecting something like it’s a lack of funds or there’s further issues with the community than are well known.

Either way we’re nearly into November we’ve been suspended for 2 years and I think I speak for everyone associated with this share that we just need an official roadmap with timelines as this is getting beyond a joke, new management have been in a while and although progress has been made funding has always been the issue here

I was emailing Jason on Monday and had a few replies. Seems pretty relaxed about the manar thing. He did provide me with a number to call him on to discuss further.

In relation to the GMI funds he said they now have an agreed process and committee with the Ministry and as such payments to them can only be made once that process is followed and agreed.

To be fair Melvin Chan has only been CEO of semnet for a couple of months and there has been an influx of posts that I’ve notice appearing on LinkedIn. Long may it continue as it seems to be having a positive impact on the share price.

phone,

“We will be doing an LSE podcast shortly which will inform investors of GST strategy moving forward.”

He mentioned on the phone to me they wanted to do a PR drive to get GSTs name out there. He suggested 2-3 week time frame and he did mention what platform they will be coming through but we’ll see. Not holding my breath

Let’s all be honest here. This is illegal mining and by sounds of it has been going on for a couple of weeks.

Announcement on TG that an update will be released ASAP. If it wasn’t illegal mining any good company would come out and reject the claims.

Happy to be proven wrong but anyone invested here over the years it doesn’t matter what management chairman etc is fronting up this company, it lacks in severe transparency!
