Good to see another good RNS here and no one spamming the board of doing 100%.

Only got a small amount invested here but should have some funds ready for another tranche, fully expecting end of July/start of august a lanstead exit which should propel!

Also think a JV is well on the cards, a lot to be excited about after a bit of patience required for the last 12 months or so

I know a few people here are severely underwater so not sure if this helps anyone but please see reply from Jason. Haven’t pasted his whole response but he mentions it a busy month so can only assume we’re not actually that far off.

Hopefully to speed things up the prospectus and the bits which need to be sorted with the Kenya government have started.

1. Group audited accounts to be signed off by RPG and released. I am hopefully that this will be quite soon.,

2. Group interim accounts announced and published following release of group audited accounts. I expect these to be released very soon after the audited accounts are completed and published.

3. Key then is the Prospectus and which will require a restructuring of all the creditors and debt providers, approval to convert the CLNs into equity and production of a working capital report.

4. In parallel with 3 above we will clearly need to be in a position to bring in sufficient new capital to fund the restart of the gold operations and conduct other exploration and development activities.

5. A further strengthening of the Board of Directors is also to follow as effectively announced in the most recent RNS.

6. No merger is contemplated with any of the other companies I am involved with.

7. There is a lot to do with the community and government ere in Kenya and specifically at Kilimapesa and this is ongoing and will continue over the coming days and weeks

Bought in today around lunchtime and already up on my investment.

Great opportunity here, only concern is the broker is Peterhouse as they shafted me over on IQAI.

But with Ronjon Nag at the helm and his past history and experience I think this is a very safe investment in the years to come.

And number one being a new executive appointment. I would say either today or early part of next week we might find out. Due to the situation we’re in I think we’re going to need to move fast.

By the looks of number 3 on the tweet we have no financing in place, so whatever Robbie was working on has fallen through.

Excuse the pun and although I had written this off I think something is definitely brewing!

Can’t physically remember the last time someone came on here wanting to buy shares in this company.

Wonder if the funders wanted Robbie replaced. Can’t be completely dead in the water if Brewer has decided to get involved at this time?
