Good value9 Jan 2025 12:15
Despite observing this site for years, please be kind as this is my first post!! I've traded Taylor Wimpy for a number of years now, generally buying below 140 and selling above 150. I believe this share price drop is overplayed due to overly negative sentiment. The company is valued now, I believe, below it's Net Asset Value. Demand for homes is still resilient despite what is happening in regards to bonds and long term debt. I believe this is a great and rare buying opportunity. The markets will settle down, and hopefully another solid trading statement will come out next week. Yes, it's only just making enough to cover the huge dividend but even if the company does reduce the dividend (which I think is unlikely) then it would only drop by a few percentage points on that news imo. This has good growth potential imo. Good luck all. DYO.
