These "Outstanding" results haven't gone down too well. The order backlog is up 200% which sounds good to me.

I'm topping up today at around the £11 mark. Probably will again if we go under £10 (which I think is very unlikely). I'm not buying this for this years results. I'm buying for how they look in 2 or 3 years when hopefully todays drama is a bad memory. Fuel hedged, higher interest rates could actually increase income with the amount of customer cash sat in the account and people still like a European holiday, even if they delay booking it for a while. PE of a little over 5x. GLA.

Build cost inflation for 2026 likely to be above 1%. Visibility on this is said to be good. Nice to see the CEO isn't resigning! lol.

Notes so far from the presentation: 2.5% of the 7.5% div can now be either divi or buybacks. Applications are more likely to be positive, 58% up to 71%. Reservation rate is improving early this year. Land margin to improve in 2027 & then more so in 2029 and 2030. It’s not so good for 2026. Building safety costs: 2026: 150m, 2027 100m and to conclude in 2030. Still lots to do. 77K land bank. Everything owned for 2027 with 97% with planning consent. Smaller outlets with less in the south. ROI should increase from 10 to 20% over the medium term. Elevated second hand homes on the market noted. Decent presentation. Planning changes do seem to be freeing up their landbank.

I made a big top up this morning. 10% of recent highs now and I personally believe the inflationary risks are overblown by the markets. The US is offering to insure and ensure safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz so this will likely keep a lid on oil prices (which aren't even that high currently IMO, the stuff is a similar price to coke a cola). Vistry update looked OK. I expect our full year update tomorrow to be boring and predictable, "on target" type stuff. Boring is investable IMO. US will move out of this war in a weeks IMO. Mr Orange will say job done. Even if an interest rate cut is delayed for a few months, it doesn't justify a 10% share price drop IMO. The housing market is spicing up. The signs are there. GLA.

I believe she said the talks with leaders in the North Sea was penned in for tomorrow. Just a thought but any alterations to the EPL made after today will not affect the tax take numbers in todays Spring Budget. It thus makes sense to announce any changes tomorrow or in the next few days, if, and it's a massive if, there will be any changes made. All just IMO.

Buy backs imminent imo. Nice 3 month chart. Likely any buy back news will see this move up nicely above 200.

USA inflation news (higher than expected) always seems to be a drag on UK house builders. Short lived, I imagine, as we run up to a likely base rate cut in March. The 6 month chart looks very nice to me.

Hi Laura. Accounts are hazy due to structure change imo. That pe is very misleading. Profit after tax this year might only be 10m. With a MCAP of 325m so the real PE is 27x to 34x imo. But if they make 35 to 40m in 2028 after tax then suddenly the pe is more like 10x so that’s my growth angle. Just wanted to point this out for obvious reasons especially for people looking to invest here. It's no bargain as it's hopefully a growth power machine! ;)

Agreed. I sold some at 5345 earlier this month. I've topped up today at 5065 (inc tax and fees etc) & will do so again if it drops to around 4600. Most likely sell again as it seems to build nicely before any results, before dropping off again. My target sell price is 5600 for todays purchase.

I believe short position changes (over 0.5%) need to report by midnight after the change. These then probably appear on a site like this one or two days later.

At 1386p, Hikma is now trading at:

- 11.3× P/E (cheap for a high‑ROIC pharma operator)

- 3.8% dividend yield

- 5–6% buyback‑adjusted EPS uplift baked in for 2026

This is now a value stock with growth optionality.

Not inspiring but on target I guess. I read it as top line growth without much concern for the bottom line. The update doesn't really mention profit, like it's not very relevant! So are we on target for around £150m pre tax profit?

I'm not so sure a deal is not possible for USA & Iran. Look how Iran crumpled during the Israel power play. Yes, they fired a few missiles at US airbases (only after warning them first) to show some teeth. I believe Iran needs to show force and power to its own people. Trump won't want a protracted war going on into his Mid term November elections. It won't be popular. He's doing what bullies do. Front up to the smaller power with all the big guns and the big I am and then go home proud with his deal, which be what-ever Iran offer him at the end of the day. Even if some missiles are exchanged it will be so both players can show teeth, nothing more. I do hope my hunch is correct for all involved.

Hello Pine investors! I've invested here today. I see the potential for this to be one heck of a company in 2028 with a pe ratio then of around 10 and hopefully lots more growth from there too. Director buys give me additional confidence. I see this weakness in the share price today as being linked to PINE being removed from the ftse 250 in a few days time. Funds are forced to sell and this has likely started. GLA.

Guidance:

Management expects 2026 to be ahead of the upgraded expectations set earlier this month. Fit Out profits will be lower than 2025’s exceptional year but still “significantly above” the top end of the medium‑term range.

This was a high‑quality update across the board. The share price dip looks more like the usual post‑results profit‑taking than anything fundamental. Hard to argue with a business raising dividends, raising targets, and delivering record numbers.
