JB no one has seen an up to date copy of the register. It was Hydro that was trying to get to see it yo back up some of his thought's, but always hit a brick wall when asking to see it.
The only thing we shareholders have had, is the Bloomberg Terminal Top 125 holders register, but even that has now become untrustworthy after the last one was exposed to have been photo shopped.

I was amazed looking through yesterday’s post’s, just how many new and a few old posters had looked in on the board, as if it was a given, that yesterday was going to be the day when something big was about to happen.

And when it didn’t, the usual suspects appeared telling us all that we are doomed and we are being taken for a ride.

Hi Speedie, like you say, the % rate that govt's have been telling us for the last 18 months is nothing like the actual rate that we are all experiencing.
I have just secured 3 mortgages for some of my properties on a five year fixed @ 1.64%. I would suggest anyone with a mortgage does something similar to protect themselves from future mortgage rate hikes.
In five years time if all goes to plan, the price of GGP shares should be many multiples of what we are seeing today, and at that point hopefully inflation will be well under control.
As the saying goes "Fail to prepare, prepare to fail" never a truer word said.

Patience is the key to any successful investment, and I believe we have not long to wait. If as SD stated last week in the Sunday Roast podcast that production could be as early as 2023, then surely to god we can all wait until then.
I know with being one of the larger investors on this BB many will say that’s fine for me to wait, but I say to those with just a modest investment, can you honestly say that you can go and find elsewhere a company that will guarantee you future profit’s before you will gat them here. If so let me know, because it’s a bloody minefield out there.

Just having a skim read through Shaun Day's email response, he says

For anyone with access to the Telegram group, Academy has already posted a response from Shaun Day regarding the issuing of these performance shares. Shaun has stated that a broader disclosure will be within the annual report.

If a buyout was to take place this year, then I would accept 50p. For each year afterwards. A further 20p per year as the MRE grows.
