Gunst, it’s not the fact that 100M shares have been sold into the market, that would of only caused a temporary blip.

It’s the fact that the way they have been sold.

2-5 million sells in dribs and drabs throughout a trading day, pushes the price lower.
Once the price is lower, they change tack, and start buying those same shares back again.

As you know, the MM’s tend to drop the SP more than they let it rise, thus at the end of the day, SP down from where it started.

2-5M sold 1-4M bought back.

Rinse & repeat each day for as long as they want too.

Now I’m expecting another rise in shares on loan being announced on Ortex later today. Let’s see.

They know whether or not a trade is a buy or sell, so why not be feckin honest about it.

If that system was adopted in your bank account statement, the world would be truly fooked.

Why do the MM’s suddenly change the spread, so it appears that what was listed 2 minutes earlier as a buy, suddenly, even though the same price or even higher price was paid now becomes a sell ?

It’s clear for all to see what they are doing, so why do it ?

What’s in it for the likes of Wyloo, Sprott, Blackrock, and many more smaller institutions if as you say, GGP are only going to generate enough money to fulfill their obligations of paying the debt back ?

Somehow I don’t think they are all in this to get a very small return on their investment.

Do you honestly think they are.

They are here for the same reason the rest of us are here, to make substantial gains on their investment, albeit with a much larger trading pot.

But as I’ve stated many a time, if they make money, I make money.

Arrived to a company with;
• £4M in the bank

• undefined ownership share of flagship asset

• under weight team dependant on major JV partner in all areas bar exploration expertise

• open ended/undefined funding requirement

• punitive loan terms for the only loan in town provided by major JV partner

• resource estimate based on a “fraction of a fraction” of the then known drill results

• overhanging issues re 5 Diggers’ final tranche of share allocation with no guarantee as to their intention re commitment to the project post allocation

In 18 months,often whilst under scrutiny by those wanting results today/short term, he has;

• built out the GGP team recruiting talent across exploration, mining, finance and health and safety

• delivered MRE2 in house to GGP 6 months before NCM achieved the same and the GGP submission won the independent assessor vote, securing certainty of Havieron 30% ownership share

• produced a Sustainability Report to ensure as wide a range as possible of lenders and IIs can invest in GGP

• resolved 5 Diggers - reduced the number of shares allocated to them with tie in period and they subsequently announced they are in it for the long haul

• raised AS$400M funds

• onboarded cornerstone investor (TriBeCa)

• onboarded strategic investor ( Wyloo)

• secured bank funding from tier1 lenders HSBC, ING and ANZ at exceptional rates of around base +3.5% to replace the meagre US$50M loan at base +8%. New lending facilities not repayable until 12 months post project delivery

• transformed the board, attracting 3 heavyweight ASX experienced at Chair/Deputy Chair/CEO/CFO/2ic level in some of the biggest mining companies on the planet

• fully funded the Havieron project to production including the amount for the higher 3Mtpa FS expected case and future proofed for inflation

Not a bad year and a half work.

Choice is there for each of us. Research and draw your own conclusions. I am done for now and am wary of posters picking at threads in (IMO) a deliberately timed attempt to deflect from the outstanding progress ….to build a multi asset, multi billion company. He isn’t giving anything away he is growing the company so all of our shares in it have greater worth.

Gold4U, believe what you want pal. I’ve been invested here for many a moon now, and if on a day like today, when all I’ve witnessed for the last 20 months, is the value of my fund decrease by an eye watering amount, I can’t show a little emotion on reclaiming some of those original gains, then I don’t know when I can.

Humility, you don’t know the half of it sunshine.

Now if you don’t mind, I’ll carry on doing what I want, thank you very much.
