Totally patient with the news flow to date, however, with 1 week before COP26, it’s time for AFC / ABB / Mace /Whoever to step up and evidence that progress is being made . The World is watching and receptive to anything positive. Surely just from a commercial point of view it must make sense to steal a perceived environmental advantage here for the AFC client base.

Nothing naive in your thought. A boss at Chevron recently stated in an interview (somewhere on this board) that the oil industry would be looking to consolidate in this way. After all they are the ones that can scale things up the quickest and need an evident environmental side to their future. Reckon this will happen sooner earlier rather than later. First one to blink will set a chain of acquisitions imo.

30 no chance - the share price will rebound just as quickly as it did in April from this level.

Definitely heading for some consolidation in the hydrogen market. Deflate the share prices and then the bidding begins.

May as well buy AFC at this price and have total autonomy over the technology. Must be a consideration, especially with the oil companies sniffing around for an easy way into the hydrogen market (as per the Chevron interview of a few weeks back).
