Would not be surprised if 26-26.5 breached today, it goes on towards 30p. Incredible news. And the backlog of news anticipated is mind boggling.

With the recent price increase, i read yesterday since our Jorc announcement on 16th Dec, value of in ground metals at NKT has increased by $1 billion +!!!

Not a direct comparisons in anyway, but to give a ballpark, Morrisons takeover of £7bln had total fees reported of £300m i.e. 4.3%.

Unless he is insinuating asset sale of £20bln+ i'm sure everyone will be more than happy to pay the £1bln in fees ;) hehe

In my example:

20% retained would equal to 33 pence

80% paid dividend would equal 133 pence

For the divi. For simple illustration purposes how EUA2 price could be underpinned.

Example.

Sold 75% of company for £5billion.

20% cash retained for 'EUA2' - £1bln
80% paid out to shareholders as dividend - £4bln

EUA2 will be underpinned by the cash it will hold £1bln i.e. 20% + 25% as remaining assets (leaves £1.66bln or £0.55 per share) - If 75% is sold for £5bln we will know approximately what the remaining 25% is valued at!

So if a sale of 75% is valued at £5bln, and 20% is retained, by simple extrapolation EUA2 after asset sale could be worth atleast £0.88 per share:

33p cash (£1bln) +
55p remaining 25% (£1.6bln)

Not many more ducks to line up now. All seems to be at the finalisation stage.

As mentioned at this stage you are either in or out, i.e. going to get the divi or not. There will be no chance to buy in, lifetime of regrets.

Whoever has read the last several RNS's know this is MASSIVELY undervalued. Totally disconnected to real value, it will soon catch up.
