And not only MM all the other major investors alao agreed it massively undervalues THG, it's not even worth giving them time for due diligence, tells you everything there is!!

We all know Balerion were never going to be a serious bidder! Only used to set a benchmark and flush out any low bidders! Have they done their job??

I.e. Signal to Candy and co, don't even bother with anything under 200p, as 170p is significantly undervalues THG!

Where does it go from here?? Surely they have a plan. Announce bids declined, at the same time release the full new strategic plan, got to sit tight and see.

Or Balerion have pulled out, as their job is done, and one of the serious US bidders from March/April have been flushed out! Questions questions!

If you haven't noticed, most if not the whole market is down, not specific to THG! Just to pick a few out, S4 Capital, Boohoo, Aberdeen, Asos, Ocado are all upto 20% down in the last 5 days, none of them are under takeover rules!! Whats up there then! Such a stupid nonsensical argument.

Its bots trading on average daily volume. Upto 90% are simply low value bot algo trades!

If it was high volume, with normal market conditions, and THG the anomaly, I would agree with you, but as everyone knows this is clearly not the case!!!

TED/Metro cannot be placed in the same group as THG. The only similarity is they had a takeover, and it stops there.

Metro had major issues, had a huge raise.
Ted - Sales have been declining, huge raise.
Both in essence, a distressed seller.

Both do not have institutional backing like THG.
And both definitely dont have a CEO who is the Founder and largest shareholder.
And THG is a global growth company, position of power. and CEO holds a golden share.

At current levels Nutrition and Beauty both Global leaders respectively in there market are hugely undervalued!

Looking at Ingenuity, it's valued at ZERO. This year revenues will be £115m, rapidly growing, providing solutions for D2C market. Over 200 clients, including 5 Global FMCG's. Just launched a new site for Nestle in Europe. And a senior VP is joining from Saleforce, a $200 Billion behemoth to become the new CEO! Now answer me this, why would this be the case if the company is seemingly worth nothing????? Maybe the "market" (controlled by nothing but algos) have got this COMPLETELY WRONG!!!

Without doubt, RNS will drop one way or another.

Some bidders wait until last moment, as to not show their hand too early! I.e.gives time for others to trump.

They may well have received new bids/proposals early on, BOD will wait until deadline, who knows what else crops up on the meantime!!

As a simple analogy, think of ebay lol most bids come in late, and even if you have plenty of bids say 2 days prior to auction ending, doesn't mean you going to end the auction, you are going to wait til the very end!

Sofina as per annual report had 9%, so they have been adding very recently!!!!
