Yesterday someone slapped down £2.4m at 82.5p

Market for THG is completely broken due to the share structure, too many in II and BOD's hands, and the manipulators know it!

80% with BOD and II (8.3 forms)

Maybe another 5% in institution hands under 0.5%

Which leaves PI's with max 15%, say half are long termers, won't even dream of selling under say 250p. Which means its the same several % of shares going through the wash over and over again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And these guys making there easy money day in day out, as they are in total control!

Just ask yourselves, why in the world would a newly elected Chairman invest £1 million??? It's a huge buy, in fact its quite material and a big signal! Like I said most would have been happy if he bought £100k, but it looks like he has gone ALL IN!

I will tell you, as Citigroup said last week, at current market cap, Beauty is just about covered, with zero valuation attached to Nutrition ($1 billion 2022 est revenue), Ingenuity, Ondemand etc

I have only ever seen 15 months + 6 months extension. To my knowledge it can never ever have been 6 months, as the option can only be exercised once separation was complete. And separation could never be done in 6 months!

What you are referring to in the NEXT big step which everyone is waiting for. The strategic plan to put everything in motion, i.e. softbank option, premium listing, separate listing for Beauty etc. This is not due by H1 22, you getting mixed up.

Although now that the separation is done, the new strategic plan after a full review can drop anyday! They can effectively pull the trigger on this anytime, as the separation is done!

11 months and still waiting on all these plans to be put in motion. Separation is officially complete, we know this, so the green light is there, and they can reveal the plans anytime!

If Lord Allen bough 150k shares most would have been happy thinking he has bought in. Just imagine what he is 'trying' to say when he has bought 1,150,000 shares! This is a huge buy.

Lord Allen must be know current trading conditions, separation plans, and any other corporate activity which will propel THG. He has done a deep dive since joining.
