And again there is no hiring freeze. There are 500+ jobs advertised on THG website, and yes some of them are completely new roles as per individual posts on LinkedIn, and new location/territories.

And only 5 days ago they onboarded 60+ graduates!

And this years maintained guidance of revenue is £2.7b, 24% growth.

And yet currently they are valued at 19x revenue!

If they are complaining about an incorrect valuation, god help THG, currently valued at 'just' (a HUGE understatement) 0.45x revenue!!!!!

At the same valuation THG would be £32+ a share!!! Hahaha ;)

MM bought charity foundations shares, and the foundation will still retain all benefit when the share price goes up!!

MM basically said, no way you selling at this price, I will give the charity money from my own pot, doesnt matter about the opportunity cost of the £2.5m, i will then also give you all the money on top when the share price goes up, chill! But no chance in the world you selling anywhere down here!

Hardly anyone else in this postition would have taken this option, tells you everything!

However for me atleast 3 very specific items have been clearly communicated in previous RNS's, still waiting on all 3!

1. FIR/ST going live H1 2022, 

2.Separation complete H1 2022, 

3. 'commercial details of the long term, arms length Inegenuity contracts with both THG Beauty and THG Nutrition will be disclosed during H1 2022.

So far complete silence.
Assuming something bigger going on.

But point is if Eg Nutrition was valued at £800m million (just 1x revenue), Ingenuity at say £350m (just 3x revenue), i would say fine. Fully agree.

But currently NO VALUE WHATSOEVER IS BEING ATTACHED TO THESE DIVISIONS!!! LOL

Curious to know valuation placed on all the different parts of the businesses if they were separately listed!!! Billion $ question???
