Surely most if not all companies would have definitely released this to the shareholders via RNS! It's like we don't exist!

Lord Charles has so far changed absolutely nothing - And absolutely no idea where his promised 6 month review has gone!!!! He joined 6 months today!

Anyway, massively undervalued, patience will eventually pay, something will have to give sooner or later.

Okehurst with all due respect, you are completely mixing the 2 up, R&D is very different to Capex! You dont have one or another! They both exist at all organisations! R&D is a tax relief, capitalisation is typically a long term benefiting expenditure.

Capex could be kitting out buildings leased or not eg Dubai/Melbourne/New Jersey, Autostore, ICON development/changes/upgrades, software etc.

Eg. They can buy an empty building in Dubai, spend £10m to get it up to speed with how they need it to function, its capex, got nothing to do with R&D.

And your point about Ingenuity, sorry dont quite follow. How can you say not worth anything lol if its bringing in £100m just say, with 8 FMCG clients, over 400 sites, it cant just be worth nothing, surely worth something lol! Like saying Amazon sell 3rd party goods, so not worth anything lol

Now we know there are so many bidders at the table interested in THG, this has felt like a "Buy Out Theft" all along, all the signs have been there. It's completely detached from its peers/market!

Bring it down until MM folds. No wonder he is retaining the golden share, something will give sooner or later!

Current valuation is a joke! Everyone knows it. They must have some plan! Major II will buy in!

Sofina bought in at £5.96 14 months ago, they are a long and patient holder. They can buy 11-12x more shares per £!!!

Lets see what the coming days/weeks bring!

No strategic moves, THIS IS KEY. All options remain open. i.e Premium Listing, sell the group, sell a division. Where is the Chairmans 6 months review??

Bids. Plenty of suitors at the table, many more than the ones reported! Credible, however debt funded. All advisors rejected the bids conclusively. They would never pass the sale through!

Nutrition could be sold on its own??

Some sort of corporate activity has to come! Esspecially the way he sounded.

Golden share aint going anywhere, and no move to premium market, he is taking this private, end of. Absolute no strategic news tells you that.

If it was going to happen, would have been done, been nearly 12 months since RNS'd.

And chairman was going to conduct an in depth review of strategic options!!! And results would be communicated within 6 months!
