He will never sell out and put further debt on the company. Only way is if its backed with cash, he's said this himself. This is the sweetener, for the big deal to come. US PE is all debt backed.

So he's just gone with a soverign wealth fund who are literally swimming in cash.

AS1 - exactly right. Pendulum has completely over extended on the downside here (hovering in a vertical position right now lol) when this swings, you got to be in it to win. Would not be surprised if it then over extends on the UP side!Most don't understand the OPTIONALITY which THG have with 3 separate businesses, anything is possible, truly unique!
