Stage 1 - $30m to be provided by Vision Blue @ 25pence and 78pence. Only $50-60m required. Sir Mick has raised over $40 BILLION in his time/Mr Trahar probably a similar amount, this will definitely not be a problem, funding risk has been fully eliminated.

Stage 2 - To be fully funded from stage 1 profits!!!

Do some basic research here, rather than changing like the wind, and spouting rubbish.

We will see where we are when the BFS lands, multiples from here is my guess.

Iceman - Totally agree. This is big fund managers institutional investors buying in, backed up by Sir Mick' track record and credibility. Smart investors piling in atleast under 78p, if Sir Mick is happy to buy in at 78p, the rest would be more than happy at these cheaper prices.

MS- Totally agree. As they indicated this mine is profitable at pretty much any Vanadium price. You just need to look at the sensitivity analysis they provide!

Can wipe out other Vanadium producers and monopolise the whole market!!

To all that like to compare apples with oranges, FAR can produce Vanadium at -$1.20 (yes a credit), and produce 22,600 tonnes, with the flexibility to ramp up to 50,000tonnes. This is why FAR is unique and a dream project.

1 thing I picked up on, which I have not heard before, I'm guessing it's somewhere in the CPR...

They can if they wanted to produce upto 50,000 tonnes!!!!

But as this quantity would affect the price of vanadium, they are limiting it to 22,600 tonnes.

Maybe if the demand were to change drastically over the next few years, they can ramp up easily.

The other thing which we already know - If Sir Mick progresses this, then the rerating hasn't even really started, MASSIVELY undervalued at the share price.

Like in all walks of life, it's not what you know but who you know!

Food for thought - What are the chances, that CEO's from the likes of Glencore, Rio Tinto, BHP Biliton have already texted Sir Mick/Mr Trahar, asking them about their plans with FAR! ;)

IMHO Yes, but maybe down the line, Sir Mick and team will build it up to maximum value and then flog it off to one of there mates at a huge premium.

Do Sir Mick and Mr Trahar know Glencore, or any other Tier 1 mining company ? HAHAHA Sir Mick' Xtrata merged with Glencore in a $90 Billion deal. We're well and truly in the big boy leagues. We don't need to do the selling, Sir Mick buy in will do that for us.

FAR has had transformational news, news that all mining companies can only dream off! So naturally it's only on an upwards trajectory, rerating to its true value, remember only the beginning, a long long way to go.

Ask yourselves this. If Ex CEO's of Xtrata and Anglo American are happy to make a $20m investment at 78pence, they will surely know by that time the market price of FAR will be alot lot higher!!

We all know what's in the RNS's and Interviews, everything else is speculation.

NB gave an indication of BFS in a round about way talking about stage 3 funding! I'm not really bothered when it comes over the next few months, as I am in for the medium/long term.
