Some basic research will tell you this is going to Sir Mick Davis and Co to hold. Not 1 share will be on the market, they will be locked away and only sold when they are multiples.

On the contrary smart institutional investors will be buying in at these levels from PI's who can't hold for longer than 2 days for the big gains. Many in the industry worldwide must follow Sir Mick & Mr Trahar to see what moves they are making, hoping to also get in, and who can blame them!

All economic indicators are mind blowing. TO summarise:

- NPV = $2BLN
- IRR = 89%
- Payback period = 1 year

One of the most obvious, no brainer investment you will ever make!! DYOR

The fundamentals speak for themselves. Noted the main points here before. A world class asset, a dream project.

And remember all the due diligence has been done for us by Sir Mick and the team, can't get a better seal of approval than that! Industry mega heavyweights, not to forget Mr Trahar, former CEO of Anglo American. I bet they can't believe the economics of this project.

Probably in all there time leading Tier 1 Mining Companies, they have probably never come across a project with $2bln NPV, $100m capex, and 89% IRR!!! Most likely they must have seen details on thousands of projects over their illustrious careers, and they picked us out, says it all!!

After the game changing news, and funding pretty much all sorted with Sir Mick on Board, will VSA now increase there 171p price target - long gap between 171p and $2bln NPV :)

Just understand the following, and why Sir Mick has backed FAR, and will be chairman. All he sees is $$$$$$$.

Operating cost of producing 1 pound of Vanadium is $1.54/lb, the next cheapest producer is $3.58, more than double!!!

There are so many by products, that the vanadium cost of production is actually NIL, you actually get a credit of $1.20, if all the other materials are sold off. Just watch the interview/read presentation.

Normally an IRR of around 20-30% would be deemed fantastic in the mining world, IRR for this project is 89%!!!!!!

In a nutshell this is why FAR is so special compared to most other mining projects.

Will definitely be taken over, and Sir Mick knows he can get a huge premium from a global miner.

I dont think the current mini project expanding to 1500 tonnes in the short term, providing revenue of $27m at current prices, is currently baked into the current market cap.

Not even going to start with stage 1 and stage 2!!! No value added for this at all.

Late reported buy from yesterday just popped up - £270k. Doubt thats a PI. With Sir Mick on Board, can see institutions all following and buying in here over the next few months. All industry experts must be following him to see what he's doing like a hawk!

And today 370k shares bought right at the close, another £91k. Nice buy at 24.8p.

Weak will sell, and the smart will inevitably be buying up rapidly. They have a longer term view, and this should pay off massively for them!
