The fact is AMC has over promised and under delivered.
Each to their own, but I wouldn't have AMC more than 1-3% of overall portfolio invested here.
To summarise, and these are facts, so no discussion required:
- binding Offtake promised by end of 2020, not delivered
JORC promised ages ago, NOTHING!
- TEO promised by 1st Dec, delayed 5 days before deadline
- now TEO promised by qtr 1, 4th March already!
- AH AGM fiasco, no news after nearly 3 months!!!
- NRR, dilution pretty much straight away after deal was made
- NRR, promised 4 more shipments by end of 2020, got 1 more, again no explanation!!
- emailed AMC/Brokers numerous times over the last year, absolute no response back whatsoever, pure contempt for shareholders, what are they hiding!
No one is interested in AMC, there is no NDA, they just have nothing to report. People suggesting pie in the sky thinking are seriously deluded. They are in so deep, they need to convince themselves that something big will happen very soon.
This has become a lifestyle company for RY, Adam has swiftly moved onto to other things, knowing it may take years for something to develop here.
Fact is 1 year ago share price was 1.64p, and currently we are sat at 1.52p, just sums up the whole debacle.
I hold a tiny amount here, firmly in the bottom draw.
Please do some thorough research.
