Most people have not cottoned on to this transformational news. A rerate will take a few weeks, as I have said with a few mm games in between.

The disparity of fundamentals and market cap is too much. This should head way past 50 pence in the very short term.

Mm's have been caught short. Literally no shares. Even if you want £5k worth, it will take you a long time to purchase, constantly NT. Lets see where we finish this week.

Most investors will be reading about this tonight and over the coming week. Most are switched off on their easter break!

My take is it should never have been priced at 14-15p (director purchases in Jan 21 @ 26.25p). This is now around FV, BEFORE todays transformational news. Hence NOTHING baked in for this deal. Will take 1-2 weeks for a full rerate towards 60-70pence+.

Just to be clear FAR is NOT on AIM, its listed on the LSE MAIN MARKET.

This will take a few weeks to fully rerate, with some mm games along the way, towards 80pence as a first target.

Most of the time people are just slow to cotton on.

Looks like this was undervalued to begin with, with directors buying at 26.25p in Jan.

So this increase has just brought it back up to that level. Now the transformational news has to sink in and the real rerate will start here.

From purely fundamentals and this mornings news, seems like a rerate towards 80p could easily be possible. For the market cap, the news is truly transformational.

I see the most recent Director buys were at 26.25p, so anyone getting in now would be at a discount!

Seems FA is massively undervalued! A complete disconnect between this 1 deal and market cap, let alone anything else! I dont think most people have absorbed the transformational news! It will take the market a few weeks. Can see a continous rerate here. £20m+ deal, and market cap £31m, what a joke!

This is a classic transfer from retail investors to institutional investors

They will be happy to hold here for years for the big return. Therefore buying in at 40p, 50p or 60p makes no difference to them.

Summed up by the lack of activity on this chatboard over the 4 day easter break. Where most other chatboards would see numerous posts - hundreds in some cases, i think there were no more than several posts here!!

Fully locked and loaded now, peoples ISA's will be topped up over the next few days. Let the rerate continue.

Just to give an indication on how good the economics are with FAR.

I have a small holding in SOLG, fantastic company and project, their IRR is ~26%!!!

Got a feeling. If it breaks this level then straight towards 50 by end of today.

(He essentially created Xtrata from a small outfit to a Global Mining Company. $90 BILLION merger with Glencore)

Ranked No 2 - BHP/ Billiton
(He was the driving force in the listing of Billiton on the London Stock Exchange, and then played a key role in Merging with BHP, to create BHP Billiton)

Cannot even imagine the experience, know how, knowledge and contacts this man brings, its simply breathtaking. Most people have still not grasped the enormity of this news.

And not even going to start on Mr Trahar Ex CEO of Anglo American, also involved with Vision Blue!

Compared to most miners, FAR have very low number of shares in issue, even when accounting for full allocation of all Vision Blue shares.

From listening to NB, it seems like he always resisted dilution, who can blame him, he held over 20%!

Most are tightly held, 2 BOD members still hold 35% of the company, now Vision Blue and Institutional Investors onboard = very small free float = difficult to buy,mostly NT when a small rise.

Tomorrow prior to long bank holiday weekend, would not be surprised if FAR surpasses recent highs of ~45 pence.

Hence a Perfect Storm

Agree. Towards 78p in the short term. Consolidate.

Once BFS out, towards that 171p broker target. Which could be revised up. Remember its based on a vanadium price of $7.5/lb!!!

And if Sir Mick can find a buyer for all the by products (currently not included), then well well well, who knows where the new target will be. And he knows all Major Miners so im sure he can find buyers/offtakers pretty easily.

Also remember Vision Blue have an offtake on 25% of output from FAR @ market price. I think most have missed this!

NPV share price is £3.08 ($2b), with full Vision Blue dilution included.

They dont want to show buys today only sells. Bought 2 lots this morning, not showing. I wonder why :)

Then towards the big BFS!!!

I expect some work to be expedited with Vision Blue now onbaord/all funding in place, and I expect a few nice surprises along the way!
