If you read about the full potential of FAR, its truly staggering.

Stage 1 is for producing 5,600 tonnes of Vanadium

Stage 2 for producing an additional 16,800 tonnes

However when all 5 ore bodies are fully explored, the potential is there to produce 55,000 tonnes in total, plus all the by products.

States on the website "Further expansions beyond the current plans are highly likely"

Stage 3, stage 4, stage 5...

At 55,000 tonnes, annual profits would be ~$1 Billion at current price!! A complete cash cow.

This will be fully funded after BFS, expedited towards production by Sir Mick, and once VS believe they have extracted as much of the NPV as possible, they will sell it to a Major for a huge premium. They will have a clear exit strategy, Sir Mick is a deal maker!

With metals supercycle coming, who knows where the price is heading. They have just been ultra cautious and prudent!

Sir Mick has clearly stated numerous times, he would like to realise as much of the NPV value as possible. Now who would bet against the former CEO's of Xtrata and Anglo American, arguably the most successful CEO's in mining in the last few decades.

Duster - To be precise, $100m required for stage 1.

As per the RNS, Vision Blue will provide $30m for construction:

$10m @ 25p
$20m @ 78p

From the small scale plant, FAR could have several million free cash flow.

Therefor $60-65m debt required, for $100m profits annually. Effectively with Sir Mick/Vision Blue onboard, this is a done deal. (Debt providers may actually think 1 zero may have been missed out, thinking it should be $600m lol)

Circa 2 years of stage 1 profits to be used to build stage 2 , to provide annual profits of $400m!!

Dont really need a calculator to work out where this is heading and why Vision Blue have bought in, and why all the institutional investors were happy to buy in at 30pence!!!

DREAM PROJECT = NEXT £1BILLION + company.

Demand is starting to outstrip supply now, and its only going to get greater.

In the coming months I would not be surprised if Sir Mick secures an offtake with a major mining company like Glencore for the remaining 75%.

We all know Nick mentioned in one of his interview 6 weeks ago, most of the BFS was already complete!!

RL - You are correct, once 2nd part of Initial investment is complete (CLN's), Sir Mick will be confirmed as Chairman as per the RNS.

I in fact did recieve a response to an email from Ferro Alloy yesterday, from Nick Bridgen himself. Hence my message this morning :)

A few extracts:

"We are a little overdue on what we indicated of the timing in our announcement on 15th March 2021 but the procedures are in hand"

"I look forward to answering your other questions in our forthcoming announcements"

Hence expecting this to be completed very soon, they are working on it!

I guess patience is the key.

Very close to where the institutional investors bought in 16.7m shares only a few weeks back. An absolute joke. What a gift!

However its just short term noise. They are not bothered about share price, i'm sure they have bought in for the end goal.

This is just being walked down on very low volume.

Jet, free float is very low. As you have suggested, its difficult to buy any volume, when going up or down! Therefor no point trading, just hold for the long term.

Funny business over the last few days. Plenty of stop losses will have been hit. Thats the name of the game over the last few years, volatility has increased across the markets due to huge number of people trading rather than investing!

This had a similar move from 33p to 22p, and then within no time it was above 40p+.

Hopefully all the weak holders/traders are washed out, for the next leg up 60p+ towards the short term target of 80p.
