What rough number revenue are you working off Hexam?

I suspect full year revenue group wide including plt will be 150 million less than last year and they won't right size fast enough to prevent further big losses.

I believe the plt rebrand has been an absolute car crash and the only reason it's "up for sale" is to try and detract from h1 group revenue declines - plt being the worst performer and they are trying to show the group without it.... Pure last ditch desperation!

Frasers have no control over the agm - directors are put forward on a rotation basis each year by the company.

Nope - problem with you is you don't read, you just think you are right and everyone else is wrong.

I posted clearly that they would come in with a head count costing around 60 million too high based on previous years and also considering the so say automation that was a game changer.

Last time boohoo did 1.2 billion revenue the head count was approx 2400 and total cost of 80 million.

This time they did 1.2 billion revenue they had over 3500 staff with a total cost of 144 million which is over 60 million too much. I predicted this a year in advance and there were a few discussions.

Yes I know wage costs are higher blah blah blah - but last time they did 1. 2 billion there was barely any automation if any.

Headcount is still far to high and so is the cost.

They simply cannot right size the business as it is shrinking too fast.

It is still rapidly shrinking now.

Interesting tp note Dans remuneration was based on gmv targets last year that we didn't even know about until this year eh?? They literally gifted that clown gmv via the labels and paid him ridiculous remuneration for it....
