The guy that owns this resort is very interesting - he lives on site with his family in multiple large houses that overlook the whole bay. He owns share in a USA listed company - they were worth 21 million in 2004 and the shareprice has 10 x since then and he still owns all his shares... That's a return!!

50p is more than achievable without buyback announcements but beyond that requires a buyback imo.

Worth looking at the shareprice action post q1 update as well.
