That 100k buy was a pittance.

Its was less than a months remuneration.

They will probably sell "due to tax purposes"....

Finlay buys 100 grands worth of shares.... Apparently its a huge deal.....

It was pointed out that this was barely a month's salary/remuneration.... This was refuted by posters here

Then this week Dan is given over a million shares in one tranche (about 300k).

Then in a second tranche he received nearly 4 million shares (over a million quid).

Are people waking up yet???

It's no wonder the company won't mention Umars pay packet!!! Its probably north of 2 or 3 million quid.

The main issue here for profitability is staff, it's a 2 fold issue as well.

Issue 1 is we are staffed for a 2.5 - 3 billion REVENUE business but we are only doing 1.2 billion in revenue - and its costing us 60 to 80 million quid in excess staff costs. (forget all this gmv pony it revenue that matters)

Issue 2 is the staff we have are greedy self serving charlatans that can't deliver.

Sort both of the above issues and the business could turn a profit.

Literally million quid on the spot for hitting no targets and delivering massive losses... Amazing work if you can get it.... All aboard thenself enrichment train... Choo chooo🚉🚉🚂🚂

The ebt should have been put on hold from purchasing shares over 2 years ago, this company is in to much financial distress to be buy shares with company money.

Dan and Stephen have done absolutely nothing to warrant being awarded over a million pounds in shares each.

Literally taking money out of the till this ebt.

Seriously - you think that a company would sit and watch nearly a quarter of their mcap dissappear and do nothing if there was foul play at work?

Sadly the foul play is always committed by this company rather that against it, hence the dramatic drops before every set of bad results and bad news.

I remember someone saying for weeks recently that boohoo was being held down for Mike, then Carol bought - I'd thought that had put some sense on the idea.

Give him a break on the small numbers as he was unaware that the company spent over 500 million in capex over 2 years (ALL OF THE COMPANY CASH TO BE PRECISE)

By comparison, Lyttle took home a bonus of more than £650,000 in the prior financial year and had a total pay packet of £1.35m. Kamani took home £1m in the prior year as well.
