At 1.75 billion revenue they had insinuated a return to growth and here we are at 1.2 and still declining, youth brands decline has accelerated also.

Im expecting worse than we already know - quite possibly further write downs on top of the recent 40 million stock write down.

They are just kicking a can and juggling bags of dog poo right now.

Ocean I believe the kamanis may soon lose their control here, I genuinely believe the loan holders may make a move to wind this junk up.

Why would a company spend 2 million quid on fees to refinance the business, then a matter of months later sell a property at 20 million less than they paid for it to pay back a chunk of the loan early ?

A - they were feeling generous

B - the loan providers started to get uncomfortable with the trading numbers and decided to call that part of the loan in to make it safer for themselves.

The needle swings heavily to B.

Lets not forget they just fully restocked plt with higher ticket items.... That's a lot of money...

There's no way that all the plt stock sold in a matter of weeks on that website, it was just another example of box ticking before they sold the whole lot of stock off for peanuts to some family friend no doubt.

Bf I guarantee you now that the business is still shrinking - there is no way it has reversed a continuing 3 year 17 percent per year declining revenue in the last 2 months.

The hint is that are still telling you youth bands are "challenging"...

Yes Ian the opportunity was fantastic here 3 years ago.

Had management have got things right this would have been a plus 2.5 billion revenue business by now.

Sadly they completely knackered every opportunity the business had and now it's ran out of cash.

They (Mahmud) have managed to waste away probably 700 million quid by now, while also halving the size of the business.

And the business is still shrinking today.

This is heading for revenue under a billion and losses into 300 million this year... If it makes the year out listed.

First off - the losses for the last year are not historic, they are very current in fact - they will have a direct impact on how much cash we have right now. (or don't have as the case may be)

Secondly - A single digit sp is very likely, you wait until they release the real loss above 250 million quid.

Oh and feel free to give your estimated loss.

And also when you think the next cash raise will be.

Don't forget youth branslds are still declining revenue at 20 percent right now(quite possibly even more with the recent disaster at plt)

I would not be surprised if the loan providers are already looking to take step in very soon - they see all the parties and flash that we do and will be concerned about their money and nothing else.

The kamanis aren't selling anything - they will try and scoop the lot for pennies

Debenhams grew a tiny 20 million in revenue on our books meanwhile youth brands drop 250 million revenue.

Then input the losses from the wider group - you just don't get that debenhams cannot and will not save the group.

To think this circus act was courting shareholders to vote for them when they knew youth brand revenues were tanking at over 20 percent in that financial year - they really have no shame.

As for Debenhams - their peak all time revenue was a smidge over 2 billion. So even if they were to get back to that "gmv" it would only translate into approx 700 million revenue for us.
