I have heard you mention debt for equity before now - if you were the creditors right now would you want your money back, or equity in this shoddy ran company? I'd want my money.

There could be some last ditch attempts by frasers to fund the business, with a retaliation offer by the Kamanis, even then I would suggest current holders would get diluted to the tune of 70 to 90 percent.

If not then it will be a total wipe out.

Plt was bought 18 months early and at an inflated price.

It wasn't done early due to the kamanis thinking the value would increase was it!!

Here's the thing

The starting catalyst for this whole 4 year long error spree was buying plt 18 months earlier than was first contracted.

They raised money to "take advantage" of acquisitions that were becoming available - what was the first thing they did? Give umar and co 170 of the 200 odd raised.

Then it was just error after error and excuse after excuse from the Kamanis.

If and when this does go bang the whole sordid history will be brought up and rightfully so.

The kamanis have shafted shareholders.

Why did they buy plt early???

He seems to keep forgetting they have rinsed 500 million from shareholders already....
