No one’s short selling, the spread is always the killer here.

It’s most likely PEEL working through the 75m shares they acquired from the placing. They forward sold a load so they’ve covered their costs, so everything now is profit for them.

Agreed jiving, its the joys of our opaque system that favours those on the inside, just when you think you've seen everything there is another confusing trade type to deal with.

Given the tech capabilities nowadays, reported trades should be way more transparent and could easily include a tag as to whether they we a buy or sell plus an identifier for the individual/company undertaking the trade.

I don’t think it costs very much to challenge the patent as there are no lawyers involved. You just submit your evidence and it’s solely up to the examiner to say yes or no.

So whilst it’s cheap, you need to be pretty watertight in your challenge as you can’t use legal bluster.

I’m no patent lawyer, but if a patent has been granted then it must be pretty difficult to challenge as essentially it would be saying the patent office examiner is wrong.

From what I can see in the US a challenge can only be made up to 9 months after the grant date, and then you cannot make an argument, only submit evidence and the examiner decides either they agree with you or not.
