Halespur, pretty difficult to figure out how much the spent on NXP002 given the other things going on at the time. We do know that it took them about 10 months with NXP002 to do the next stage.

At the moment we know that since end of sept they have spent about 800k, of which salaries are about 200k leaving £500k in the bank plus a couple of milestone payments we don’t know the value of.
So, given they’ll pay a bit less in salaries not DG / DT / KSW et al have gone, they’ve got a bit to play with if fee for services continue to come through.

Chablard, I asked about timelines on the next Ebers patents, they responded saying they only start researching them once Ebers tell them to do so, hence why they’ve only done two so far. They have not been instructed to carry out any more at the moment.

Unnecessary terrible timing and right now we need under 60’s who are happy to get out and go do signatures without being scared of catching Covid.

NXP002 deal news could drop anytime, why not now lol but it may need a few weeks yet. I would expect both side to understand difficulties in meetings but that will not stop business growth on both sides. May actually now speed that process up.

No worries Sonnets, they were votes against. We'll never know everyones reasons for doing so and as we've said its history now anyway.

Although whoever owns 4,859,946 is pretty peeved as they voted against everything!

Johnny, the NFX AGM was a closed event, only attended by directors and ex-directors (if they still hold shares), nobody else was allowed.
The fact they released the number so quickly shows that they were prepped in advance and probably didn't even go beyond a cursory 5min procedural conference call.

Nothing yet. They said either direct response (assume this means they'll email back) or an update on the website.

I bet they were hoping nobody would send them any as they tried their best to hide it.

Indeed, just surprising it shows a bit of disquiet that I wasn't expecting.

I guess DT and DG might be behind that.
