As you say Random, happy to see some form of progress and bodes well for things moving forward. I was keen that they find another outlet for NXP001 and previously described it as an easy win.

DT would have had to sell circa 4.4m, but as previously discussed, if he's transferred them then he doesn't need to.

Interesting and very good that it’s a 6 month option as well. Quite an ambitious timescale to make a decision for them and also fundraise so they can pay. But at least it stops anything dragging out

One thing I don’t understand is the companies lack of desire to push NXP001 for a sale. They just seem to be waiting for someone to chance across them and knock on their door.

Seems odd given the scenario around EMEND at the moment.

NXP001 is a cocrystal of EMEND which is owned by Merck. The clinical tests showed NXP001 outperformed EMEND which is good.

Also EMEND patent ran out the other year and sales income for Merck from it has dropped by over $100m due to loss of patent.

Why nfx aren’t banging the door of Merck saying you can buy our patent for that money and regain your market position is beyond me.
