Its been an interesting couple of days in that there seems to be a steady and consistent stream of sellers, all in round large numbers, but with no effect today. Yesterday had a couple of chunky buys, so hopefully tomorrow one will come through which will show the sells have been absorbed.

Chab. Agree, as you say it appears they didn’t get anything other than the upfront payment within that financial year.

Also we know from the recent full year, the revenue was the same as the half year, so there were no further payments after end of Sept 19 until the recent one after year end, which we’ll have to wait till December to find out how much.

15 & 30 May ‘19 - NXP001 milestones of £500k and £2m triggered. As yet unpaid due to NSB dispute.

9 Sept ‘19 - First Ebers patent filing, ambiguous wording about payment “this first patent filing creates a path to further income from Ebers. We will continue to inform the market as further patents are filed and milestones and royalties are paid in-line with the agreement".

24 Dec ‘19 - Half year report - Total revenue for period £535,000

The reporting of this £535k sits within the Ebers section of the Operational highlights.
It doesn’t identify whether this was purely the original upfront or includes the patent filing as well.

We know they didn’t receive the NSB money in this period so it can only be Ebers.

I'm hopeful of an update to their research into the NLRP3 inflammasome, they could update that they have moved on from just researching academic papers.

Ryan, the patents are for the composition, not the use. So they can out license the patent for a specific use and then to someone else for a different use.
