I don't know how much the NFX co-crystal changes tranilast from being 'vanilla', we do know their testing showed it outperformed.
The key thing is that the NFX cocrystal improves the solubility of tranilast (which was a huge problem) enabling it to be delivered in many different ways, thus opening it up to treat wider issues.

True, but massively frustrating and as you say seems to happen a lot more here, especially on an up day. Not much gets cancelled when its on a down day.

I had hoped the other day was the precursor to something different, but as usual its scandalous that all of the big trades got cancelled later that day. It is ridiculous that a 750k buy can be printed, which prompts people to buy, only for it to be cancelled later.
