FX, its more about the patent protection than the tech. The tech itself has been around for about a century, there are many companies that specialise in co-crystal, its more about what you can develop and patent rather than novel tech differentiating them from others.

For example, Artelo have been developing cannabinoid cocrystals for a number of years now and have products already being tested for the oncology market. They have secured the patents on a number of CBD cocrystals.

Interesting spot Silverpixels, the patent is for L-4-chlorokynurenine which is AV-101 and was part of the agreement with NFX.

Not sure if the patent directly relates to the collaboration.
