Phil, I was thinking the same. Just a backup plan and to strengthen their hand. Not likely to be used IMO or if it is, certainly limited and not at the 100% level.

Honestly have a good feeling about this week. LBPS did well on NASDAQ during during the bank holidays, I personally think the big trades after hours on Wednesday were buys and I also think people are beginning to realise that one RNS about Oxford Finance, where the milestones are very achievable, and this could open at twice the price. Same for FDA Phase 3 news. Either or both of those could land any day, any time. I do think both are a very real possibility. As is a Merck buyout, but there is no way to know when that will come. I think it will at some point though. Good luck for the week ahead.

Well, NASDAQ down 2.5% yesterday and $LBPS / #DDDD continuing to rise steadily. Despite the lower NASDAQ volume, that’s positive. I wonder if LBT’s can be used to treat monkeypox as well?! : )

I know our shorter/de-ramper friends will highlight that the volume on NASDAQ is much less etc, etc. It is, and I'm not saying it isn't. Yep, definitely some biggies there. Could have been pushed through during the day and printed afterward in which case likely buys given price level, or perhaps all after hours, in which case sells based on UT price. Who knows. Given that SP was held in a VERY tight range all day and increased slightly at the end then I would go with buys myself, but only my opinion. Enjoy the long weekend. Lets see what Monday brings.

Why on earth is it not one for short term holders? News is due on trial (Phase 3) and Oxford Finance. Show me another share where there is a reasonable chance of 100% at literally any time/any day soon?

Totally agree @fatgreek. Very confident that we'll get an RNS confirming oxford at some point soon. Duncan alluded to discussions some time ago. We already know we are almost there with the requirements for an Oxford extension and the results have been great so no reason in my mind to doubt that it will happen. I'm sitting on a whole heap of shares and expect to be smiling widely in the very near future.

Interesting looking back at DDDD's chart history. Past performance is never necessarily an indicator of where a share price is going and I wouldn't pretend that it is, but DDDD has certainly been hit hard by Woodford and Oliviera sell downs. General Biotech slide hasn't helped either of course! Its true that there have been raises along the way but equally there has been significant progress and 4D is a very different and far more developed company than it was previously. There was a pharma/biotech pump when covid hit but important to note that DDDD was trading solidly at over 100p before that. Look at how we have developed, look at where we are on the chart going back to 2015 and I'm sure it will give you come confidence as to where we are heading back to eventually. FDA Phase 3 update due. Oxford finance update due. Imagine if they arrived at once : )

I think its because lots of bra's are made in China so 4D can't stock them to sell on.

I would argue that there is a difference between discussion and debate/speculation as opposed to @MB's repeated calls that 'investors will lose all their money' and 'this is going to 4p'. @MB is not speculating, he is spouting nonsense.
I agree that its up to individuals whether or not they listen to that or buy/sell based on what they hear. Everyone has a choice. Do completely agree that funding needs to be confirmed by 4D and expect that it will be in the form of Oxford finance taking us through to later in the year where we may (in my view) receive vaccine payment, other investment as yet unknown or potentially a buyout. We have two very good short term chances that may rocket the SP which could come literally at any time - FDA approval to Phase 3 or Oxford finance agreement. Both worth holding for IMO.

@Masterblast- The Dunning-Kruger effect, in psychology, is a cognitive bias whereby people with limited knowledge or competence in a given intellectual or social domain greatly overestimate their own knowledge or competence in that domain. Enables them to mask the buys? Buy price is then closer to the bid, therefore printing it as a sell? Unsure. Just seems odd today. Something isn't quite right but the ask is going up so hopefully its a positive.

There are small buys printed at 36.65p. Controlled background buying is my suspicion. Only my opinion though. Not ramping or otherwise.

It is under 110,000 shares but over that its above 37p. Its not a huge number of shares to warrant such a jump in price given that lots of sells are being listed. Just seems different today.
