Well, my thoughts are that the low has been touched now and so its onwards and upwards (I hope).

The more time I spend trading/investing the more I realise this is true. Manipulation happens and certainly has in the case of DDDD. I have the feeling, now that we have touched the ATL, that we will begin a steady rise back to something like fair value. What that is I have no idea but believe its a good bit higher than here. Lots of potential news still to come that could be transformative and I hope that 4D have begun to take notice of investor relations and comms. Time will tell.

Yep, 45m. Crazy. One day of profit for Keytruda would probably cover that.

Well, surely any decent investor relations team will occasionally pop into the discussion boards to see what current perspectives are with investors. I would be surprised if they didn't. I also suspect they have been inundated with emails. I sent one yesterday advising that they red this board! Lol!

Yes, that would definitely help to get everyone onside.

If they ARE reading this board, what I don't want to hear is 'its hard' 'market is tough' 'we should still have a pay rise because.....' etc etc. What I do want to know is what is being done from a business perspective to solve the current situation (i.e. Investors on NASDAQ) and as a result raise the share price. A rise in share price may have an impact on shareholder voting. I'm not sure just talk will. We all love the science, just not the investor relations or current SP.

She definitely does shift when she wants to. In March 2022, 4D went from 26p to touch over 70p in the space of two weeks. Almost a tripling. I have no doubt that it could do it again with the right news. Blautix Phase 3 approval with funding from a collab would do it and that news could land at any time now. Shorts will tell you that its never going to happen, etc etc....... well, they would wouldn't they. The fact is it HAS happened as recently as March this year, and it will again IMO.

@crl, you seem to be hurting from this at present. I know its not an easy hold, far from it!
The thing is, whether or not PI's are an annoyance its essentially all the company has at present. Not enough buy in from II's yet and so they can't afford to neglect such a significant group. Lets hope there is more to be revealed here as I still believe there was a reason for the ridiculously long silence and RNS absence.... and there hasn't been a great deal since. Almost as though they want to lower the share price intentionally. Who knows, hopefully something positive on the horizon. With good news this could double or more in a day very easily.

Fair enough, but they are asking for shareholders to vote for more increases. Given where the SP is currently, how can they realistically expect shareholders to vote for that unless there is something more positive in terms of news to be released before the AGM.

We did wonder for a very long time why the SP was allowed to drift down by 4D with total radio silence and no RNS for the longest time in years. DP also seemingly quite calm and 4D continuing to recruit with BoD pay rises being received. Again, its total speculation and simply personal opinion but it does make sense if an agreement was being reached with Merck. Works for all parties. A big buy in from Merck is a very different proposition than 4D simply releasing cheap shares into the market. Who knows, but it certainty wouldn't shock me.

Yes, certainly not saying it is but its within the realms of possibility that the 100% is/was a bit of a smokescreen. 40% with shares going to Merck wouldn't be a bad result. SP would bounce back with that 100% monkey and shorts off our backs and fully funded with even greater Merck buy in going forward. Would make an eventual Merck buy out almost inevitable.

Honestly, if 4D want to use the 40% they already have shareholder agreement for to provide Merck with shares to fully fund 4D for the foreseeable future then I'm all for it. Would do wonders for the share price and 4D's standing in the microbiome space. Wouldn't shock me at all if that happened.

Definitely makes sense for shorts to buy themselves out at this point, or an II to buy in at this low level.

I think you are confusing the word 'ramper' with an 'investor'. This is someone that buys shares in a company because they believe in it and want it to do well. You are right, 'investors' won't go away as much as you may wish it. You only need to look back at previous chart history to see that 100p is entirely possible. Will it be soon, who knows, could it be less than today, who knows, but I would prefer to be positive than the negative outlook you project onto everyone looking at your post history. Whether you are actually invested or not is another question. We only need one T/O offer. That might come, or it might not, but I do know that if it does come the SP will be far north of here.
