Exactly! Potentially works for dddd (funding etc), 4D’s battered shareholders and the most likely buyer, Merck (and Merck shareholders) who pick it up for a good price. Highly likely IMO.

I mean, if a deal has been/is being agreed, if Merck come in and offered 150p when the SP is at 37p then most shareholders would perhaps accept that. If they come in when the SP is at 90p and offer the same they won't have the same level of support. If DDDD are willing to accept then it makes sense to keep SP down at these levels to make shareholders more compliant. Might be reading far too much into this of course ; )
To note, I think DDDD is worth WAY north of 150p!

So I saw this on linked in yesterday and today its on Twitter. This isn't anything particularly earth shattering but in recent months, looking back at previous RNS history, this would have been RNS'd. Attendance at other conferences and summits have been. It does suggest that DDDD are keeping intentionally quiet currently as we haven't had an RNS for a month. Takeover?

I can accept that RNS's aren't going to be a daily occurrence (though it has been a month DDDD) and that social media posts by the marketing team may come at any time - though again, not too much in the last month. However, what I don't appreciate or accept is for emails to the 'investor relations' team, from an investor, to be ignored and not responded to. @4DPhrarma, that is poor.

My biggest SURPRISE is the spelling ability of the general population these days....

Bought again today. dddd holding up really well considering the NASDAQ pharma drop. Shows how near bedrock we are at this share price. Buy, hold, accumulate is my plan but DYOR.

@Sang. I don’t know how old or out of touch you are, though do know you need a life and a girlfriend perhaps. However, it is quite normal in 2022 to use @ when naming/tagging someone in a thread or email. That’s why lots of people are doing it.

@buyhigh - actually they aren’t. I’ve been buying all the way up from under 30p to around 50p. Sat right around my average right now. No losses.
