Daz, your seeing it the way you want to see it, which is fine with me. What has luke brought to Kodal in the last few years? Not much and he was still sitting on the board. BA brought in Mark Pensabene as he is required for the mining permit application. Luke has paid the price in my opinion.

I’m be given you my take on things, what’s yours?

I started my post with “I think” as I have no way of knowing but the Question could be why would he leave now with us now on the cusp of going into development or was he pushed? Disgruntled directors even PIs do some strange things.

I think old Luke has been selling his stake over the last few weeks, makes sense why were at these lows now.

The way it’s going I’m going to wait a few more weeks and buy the company out for about £30.

Agree, but most PIs will not believe the offtake agreement even in principle unless they see what the agreement contains. At present we’re told it’s in place but none of us know the details, spod price will be key and to be honest the longer this is left the better on current prices. As soon as these details are revealed in my opinion this will go like a train. As usual the ones in the know will be in a few days before anything is announced, so watch this space.

From reading most of the RNS’s they all state offtake agreement will be negotiated after scoping study, we will need a scoping study to submit the mining application so we’ll all soon know. I think we’ll see this just before the AGM as by the looks of BA he doesn’t seem like the kind of fella who would want confrontation and as the SP stands today and by PIs views on this board he’s certainly going to get some.

It will happen Ned, it’s just a shame that the first two bags I’ll have to watch and not make a penny from.

None of us are happy, but the same can be said about our neighbours who’s Sp is also on its arse. My concern here is every bit of news is seen with a negative view by some and this can sometimes lead to PIs getting nervous and selling before they have even digested what is being said. I’m all for trashing BA at the Agm if he hasn’t performed or misled us but at least give the fella a chance. That’s me saying this on a 60% loss at present.

Daz, I’m too a substantial holder. The timelines stated in the last RNS haven’t changed, that’s unless I’m reading different RNS to everyone else?

Looked this morning and didn’t see any news and have just looked and read the RNS. My take on it is this, before we all start presuming things are slipping let’s least wait until Monday, if no news is forthcoming then we’re fully justified in aiming our anger at BA.

In regards to the new tenements not containing any lithium well that’s just been put to bed, only downside to this is more funding required.

What a great find captpat, I think you have just blown BAs surprise of substantial transportation costs reduction in his previous podcast. This has massive implications for us.

Not only that joe but with the EU and now the US talking about more QE it all bodes well for us as the cheap money will have to go somewhere and what better place to invest than in lithium.
