350,000 in two tranches (170k at 1.95 in SIPP and 180k at 2.36 in ISA) ISA average was 3.8 as I contracted FOMO fever during last spike but then took opportunity to buy extra at 1.30 when it took a nose dive. I learnt from not taking similar opportunity when CINE crashed as could have averaged down and then sold out on that one!

Nothing fundamental about Icons business potential has changed and the refinancing will be a game changer. It is just a question of when, not if, the share price rerates...patience required and will be rewarded IMO DYOR.

I was thinking the same and looking to top up myself shortly. Clearly SP will rocket if deal goes ahead.

By my calculations Eghos have thus far notified their intention (including shares coming on the market today) to convert 1710000 pounds worth of bonds into shares
Assuming that ICON have only drawn down their minimum obligatory amount in terms of the contract that leaves an amount of 290000 Pounds worth of bonds left to convert.
I expect the appropriate notification of issue of Equity shortly.
