Nope. A formal offer in writing has to be made public fact. Behind closed door talks are not formal offers that is why they are not disclosed, try understanding the difference.

Once that formal offer has been made it's then up to any other Company to make a counter offer.

The SL well is expected to take 70 days to hit TD and there are another 3 wells expected to spud before Novembers end?

How rigs are hey using?

Surely they can't spud the other three wells using one rig if each well is estimated to take up to possibly 70 days to TD.

So when's the next well planned to spud?

C.H said there were a handful of Companies that had shown interest (5?) and others who had shown more interest (2 of the 5?) were looking at the longer term with the permits not so much of a concern, as they should eventual be rubber stamped in October or so.

If I were looking to buy this Company I would wait for the permit.

This well will be tested last in October so still away off for Nov/Dec results.

Once this section has been stimulated gas to surface should be sufficient for commercial production to commence and by the time this has been done it will likely coincide with the next well being completed, a double whammy.

The spike has happened and sp dropping, this will plateau around 1p for the next couple of months. Imo.
