"The Wild Horse prospect is a prominent structural high on the flank of the as yet undrilled Baatsagaan Basin and is ideally located to receive charge from two deep basinal areas mapped to the East and West. The structure has elements of four-way dip closure and fault closure. It also has bright seismic events that appear to conform to structure and which may therefore be indicative of hydrocarbon fluid content. Wild Horse 1 is located to drill through one such anomaly at the crest of the structure. The prospect has a large section within structural closure from c. 700m to total depth and the recoverable resource potential is estimated to be 480MMbo. A number of prospects and leads have been identified in the same basin which would be high graded by encouraging results in Wild Horse 1, including a satellite structure immediately to the East of the Wild Horse prospect."

That's some prospect from 700m to 2,200m.

We should be at least half way down by now and at/ past the first gas cap.

My question is why no RNS re casing and if at the main target again why no casing news, which is typical on big wells like this, especially news on oil shows etc?

Guess it is a tight hole then, world watching or not?

At least we now know stimulation will commence early December and not at the end, so we should know if these two wells flow or not by Christmas.

I'm a little more at ease now knowing results could be in by year end and not Q1 next year.

Might be able to buy a Christmas Stocking now, missus will be pleased having two to wear :- )

You'd think we were producing.

Everyone is waiting for the two zones to be tested year end, so I personally don't give a monkeys if the sp goes to a penny in the meantime, nows a good time to pick up many more on these dips.

It's just disappointing that it hasn't climbed, but I guess with the delayed testing it was inevitable.
