Thanks for the thoughtful response TS - it would be good to understand properly what kind of agreements were in place between Whitespace and ALRT regarding revenue and cost share, but it looks like that information isn't public. Sadly, it looks like most people here aren't interested in understanding things as fundamental as revenue share!

Danny - if you don't know the answer to the questions, it's alright to say you don't know ;) I doubt that many people on here value you for your insights so you've not much to lose!

I'm also curious about where we are with the gas license, from the 14 August announcement I had the impression they were clarifying with NSTA what the issues with their original application were. I'm not sure whether the s35 stuff circumvents that, though.

You have time to make a pointless post, but not 30 seconds to write "ALRT is doing this, Whitespace is doing this". Do you genuinely not understand that how ALRT and Whitespace will split the revenue, costs, profit from Ixian etc. is very material to ALRT's value? And if Whitespace is doing most of the work and incurring most of the development costs, they'll be expecting most of the profit.

Help me learn, then. What clarity does that article provide on what ALRT actually brings to the table? It makes it sound like Whitespace is doing all of the actual development.

It doesn't really give any clarity on what Defence Holdings brings to the table though, other than being a 'strategic partner'?

Given JORC, DFS, and geopolitical issues, I'd be disappointed if this was bought out for just 18p (assuming JORC/DFS are positive of course)

They're facing delays with the assays but are still targeting EO November for the DFS

I'm less annoyed with warrants in general than I am with the absurdly cheap options the directors are dealing themselves for completing the DFS. The directors are all already substantial shareholders - their reward for completing the DFS should be the price appreciation in their existing shares following the DFS, not extra shares at a price so cheap they're practically free.

Very exciting to see the market finally paying attention to such a high quality operation, I just wish the LSE would stop applying such a cynical eye to the ASX prices!

For a company that has attracted some government attention and which helps to address a critical UK infrastructure weakness (near-complete lack of gas storage), it seems mad to me that I was able to buy in at these prices. Assuming the feasibility study results are positive, it has to shoot up surely?

Legalwolf, I'm no more trolling than you were when you (correctly - well done) predicted that more fund raises were on the cards and used that prediction to buy in at a great price. SpanktheMonkey (good name) I'm up 40% after buying in at various points over the last few years, most recently topping up around 3p a few months ago after being convinced by Legalwolf's commentary on fundraises. So I'm happy with that and not trapped in, but desperately looking forward to the JORC upgrade and DFS and would be disappointed by a delay.

I think any good discussion of a junior mining stock such a BRES should include discussion of both upsides and potential risks/downsides, of which BRES has both, and it's unfortunate that some people here only seem to want to read absurd guesses of where the price will be next week and the multiple at which a mystery major will buy us out at. All junior miners face tons of risks, of which a few months delay to a study is the least, so I'm sorry that asking about that has got so many peoples' backs up.

I hope it's on time, because I have five figures tied up in this. If Mike confirms the DFS for Q4 I expect this will bump pretty well. But at the same time, these guys have form for delays (as most junior miners do) and having worked in a similar industry I know how companies can put out probably-but-not-confirmed false statements in RNSs ("we all thought it was wrong but hadn't had a formal minuted meeting to confirm") so I don't put too much faith in the recent RNS statements in the absence of the drilling results. If this were the US where shareholders are extremely litigious over the slightest thing, it would be a different matter.

Either way, we find out on Thursday and here's hoping it's good news.

Will be good to hear the update, but I have a horrible premonition he's going to delay the DFS to Q1 because of assay delays. Really hope I'm wrong though! I've been looking forward to the DFS for months.

Definitely it would have helped prevent the massive fall. It's unfortunate that Charles is better at explaining the nature of their partnership with Google than the company is!

Shame about the movement over the last 3 days, I've sold everything at a 50% profit and will keep an eye on this for the future. I think they need to be clearer about what their product is (versus their partnerships) and how they plan to generate revenue for ALRT from those partnerships. The leadership team is impressive, but the specifics of ALRT revenue generation are still vague

@Vagabond: what drilling results are due in early October? They only started this month and according to the drilling RNS they'll be drilling until February.

I'm also curious about how many holes are going to feed into the JORC resource. The 8 geotechnical holes and 39 infill holes will, but I'm not sure if the resource expansion and deep exploration holes will feed directly into JORC (and if so, into the DFS).

Given that assay results seem to be suffering delays and are being drip-fed to the market, can the DFS really be completed in Q4? Looking at the announcement:

" Geotechnical data will feed directly into Definitive Feasibility Study ("DFS") pit wall design and mine scheduling.

· All results will be incorporated into the JORC Resource upgrade, which is expected to deliver a material increase in Reserves to support large-scale mining over life of mine."

Pit wall design, mine scheduling, and the JORC resource upgrade feel like pretty big things to be sorting out at the last minute!
