I think the rns might be missing at least 1 zero...
What i dont understand about the share consolidation is why its so radically different from the previous 10-1 proposal?
Its not like they have increased it a little bit but 5x. My main concern here is the advice they are getting on this and how in a short period of time the ratio has changed drastically. Don't get me wrong, i think its positive and will pull us out of the penny stock that it currently is and make it easier for US investors. I just hope that it actually happens this time
There are definitely a couple of options here, an acquisition is one but also a more robust balance sheet will allow them to go after bigger deals. Supply chain is key for these large customers and they can't risk their business on a small company that may go bust. This backing from institutions like Octopus, and enough cash in the bank to give customer assurance will be key in winning those meaningful deals
Well the non exec directors are also thinking the same with another director buy this week of £50K. I will probably top up at these levels
My forms arrived in the post today and my allocated shares appeared in my broker account as available to purchase
Nice tip in today's telegraph.
A 10pc dividend rise, yet the shares have barely moved – buy this trust before the market catches on
I had this email from Simply Wall St. i haven't seen any updated analyst report so maybe old news
ITX Forecast to breakeven in 2024
The analyst covering Itaconix expects the company to break even for the first time.
New forecast suggests the company will make a profit of US$199.5k in 2024.
Average annual earnings growth of 77% is required to achieve expected profit on schedule.
I have been looking for answers also but here is my current view based on the research i have done
Generally other construction firms are also seeing a significant decline in SP since the middle of this year. Persimmon and Berkeley have both seen considerable drops this year and more so since Aug. This is likely to be due to a number of things but mainly confidence in the housing market and future sale values, this is exacerbated by increasing costs of materials and labour due to inflation. On top of this you have interest rates rising adding increased costs to servicing debt. According to simplywall.st in August "Watkin Jones has seen its EBIT plunge 17% in the last twelve months". In my view this will be due to the above pressures.
IMHO i see WJG as undervalued currently. It has a good order book, positive net cash to weather any storm and a good yield in terms of dividend. I have recently topped up and will do so again if there is any further dip in the share price
DYOR
I think general market conditions caused the drop but the CFO has just bought 10k shares which is great news and clearly shows confidence in the share price
yes some big sells this morning but buys at the top of the offer price so will hopefully start making up some ground this afternoon and in the coming week. Looking at the technicals its moved from strong sell to sell, so in the right direction and the RSI looks to show its oversold. I have added some more this morning, i sold some other shares to pay for it in my ISA
As expected dividend declaration today which is good news. I like having this stock in my income portfolio. good and progressive dividend, green and seems to be very resilient to market conditions. I am looking forward to the future income and growth as the investments begin to make a return
Our audited results may be delivered in our stockings this year. Last update in June suggested 4x revenue on 2019 so i look forward to seeing this reflected in the audited results...
thanks all, looking forward to a good update. could do with this one getting back in the black
Are we expecting an update soon or something else going on?
To have the results delayed by so much that it causes the stock to be suspended makes me wonder if something else if going on here? Any ideas?
I topped up yesterday 51,694, trade was done on NEX and i found it eventually here https://www.aquis.eu/aquis-stock-exchange/member?securityidaqse=ITX.GB
I have just bought in here today, looks like exciting times ahead!
The broker may have filled your order using multiple trades or used a different trading platform? This happened to me with ITX before. i use Jarvis and they were really helpful when i phoned them to ask what was going on. in that particular case it had been traded on NEX and wasn't showing up on LondonStockExchange.com
I topped up at 12.45p. looks like its on the up
Ah, thank you for the correction
